DUBAI BIKE WEEK 2007
This is a group of our friends enjoying food and beverages at Hard Rock Cafe in Dubai. And the trophy I won for being the person the furthest away from home.
Initially, Jeff and I had hoped to inform and entertain our family and friends with our new blog site. Our new life in the Middle East has been educational. However, our marriage has not survived it. I will continue to update the contents with more on the beautiful city of Abu Dhabi and less about my family. Abu Dhabi is a beautiful place to live and I hope to share what I am learning here as a single woman from America in a mostly Muslim country.
Intially my husband and I moved to Abu Dhabi, UAE in December 2005 and love it here. We were sharing our experiences with our family and friends back in the USA in hopes that they will see another side to the Middle East and the wonderful people it has here. But,now we are seperated and I will continue showing my experiences over here. Im not leaving Abu Dhabi except for vacation.
